I worked as an RTI teacher for 6 months after graduating from college. I believe strongly in the importance and benefits of RTI. RTI interventions must be research based and data driven.

I love to read books to my students! I try to incorporate a lot of Math Literature into our lessons; simply because I believe in connecting Common Core Content to characters and fiction so that students will better understand and be compelled to want to learn.
